Saturday night is the big event. Cattlemen will be recognized for their top performing grass cattle at the awards banquet. That will be followed by a steak dinner and entertainment by Comedian John Wesley Austin. Austin has been working the comedy club circuit for more than 18 years and it shows in his side splitting and sometimes outrageous stand-up comedy. His observational humor captivates audiences throughout the country. He picks up the guitar and treats the crowd to familiar country songs and some of his hysterical originals, too. Following his performance, a dance featuring the Jared Daniels Band will complete the evening. Plan now to attend this year's 24th Annual Flint Hills Beef Fest.
